The staff were accommodating, they made our stay a very comfortable experience. Location: the venue was short walk to Zing and Soko restaurant, airport, and Kenya for the first time.

My room was not up to my expectations. The bathroom was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

The complementary champagne at midnight was a nice touch and helped set the mood for the new year celebration. the hotel's location was great for getting away from the city noise, yet still close enough to basic amenities. Oh, and I loved how the room had a balcony where I could enjoy the fresh air and a good view.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit questionable. I could see water stains in the shower and some of the surfaces were not wiped down properly.
